Wedding Recap: Group Shots – On Mt. Washington

August 20, 2012

in Wedding

We took the limo up to Mt. Washington, which, if you don’t know, is this amazing spot in Pittsburgh where you can see the whole city in it’s glory. This also happens to be where Jut and I got engaged, so it means a lot to us to be back up there for this!

I love the way the girl’s dresses popped against that sky!

You know we had to squeeze in our trademark photo somewhere!

Showing off our shoes :)

This is such a great shot of the guys!

I honestly thought they might throw me over the mountain!

But they love me way too much for that :)

Meanwhile, the girls were picking on Justin!

It was scary watching them put him up there!

And at some point, MOH Michele jumped in on the action!

I die.

This might be one of my favorite photos of him in the world. He looks so happy :)

We got some really good shots of the two of us…

…and then this happened.

This might just be our Christmas card!

The last thing we did was a shot that Justin and his crazy friends do all the time. They’re obsessed with Lebron James, and I don’t know who came up with it. If you know anything about LeBron, you know he throws powder in the air before every game…

So you start by taking a shot of Crown Royal and Red Bull (which is absolutely terrible, btw)

Then you throw a handful of sugar in the air (indoor bars love this part, of course)

And then if you happen to be in a strapless dress, you spend the rest of the evening brushing sugar out of your boobs!
(Your bridesmaids just might kill you for this, FYI)

Check back tomorrow for Reception photos!

Laughing at the LeBron James shot thing. That’s not something I’ve heard of, but I don’t know much about him… however that made for a good photo and probably some interesting sticky situations later that night (ahahah, I make myself laugh).

Gorgeous photos! Totally loving these recaps that you did.
