So this wonderful amazing item recently found it’s way into my life!
Though I always love reading about Elsie and Rachel‘s vintage shopping expeditions, I’ve never really been into the style myself. That being said, I don’t know what it is about this old record player, but I fell in love with it instantly, and admittedly do my fair share of staring at it!
The best part? Besides the fact that it was free, it actually works!! As soon as I got the chance, I went exploring through my mom’s attic looking for a huge box of old records that belonged to my dad. Luckily his love for all things classic rock was passed down to me! Unfortunately I’m still looking for that box, but I did find some in the old entertainment center!
Now I can’t wait to move into a home where I can provide a special place to display and use it! I’m also now on the lookout for one of these to display next to it, though I assume I won’t be able to find one that still works:
